Benefits of Joining the Chamber

An excellent Chamber of Commerce means the difference between a stagnant town and a thriving community. The majority of economic development progress, business retention and expansion success, quality of life solutions and many other positive growth elements come directly from Chamber activity and participation. The work that the Chamber does for the community benefits you and every business, every industry and virtually every other person living in Ford County. For more information on Member Benefits, please contact the Chamber office at 620.227.3119 or info@dodgechamber.com.

Business Referrals

Business Resources

We provide information that can help you operate your business. If you need data, we either have it or can get it for you. Demographics, city maps, telephone books, economic development in our area and much more. The Chamber is the leading business information source for the area.

Committee Participation

Many people want to get involved with their community. Getting involved with Chamber committees and task forces is a perfect way for a busy person to impact Dodge City. We understand how busy everyone is and most meetings last an hour or less.

Economic Development

Economic development is what we do every day. Greeting new people to town and referring them to you. Working with our local businesses to find employees, market on the Internet or just do a better job with their retail advertising. Fighting to keep our air service. We are in business to serve our members anyway we can. We work with Dodge City/Ford County Economic Development Corporation to recruit new industry to the area and to ensure that we keep the valuable companies we already have.

Government Relations

We study and analyze issues of interest to Dodge City and its business community, to take advocacy positions on those issues, and to communicate the Chamber’s viewpoints clearly and strongly to our membership, elected officials, and the community at large.

Grand Openings/Ribbon Cuttings

A new business or just a change (remodel or addition) in your current business will qualify for a grand opening or ribbon cutting. We offer grand openings and ribbon cuttings to current members only.
