The 3i Show is Looking for Volunteers!
The 2012 3i Show is quickly approaching and the Chamber is looking for volunteers of all age ranges and skills. We have many different positions available! Mandy Pankratz, Director of Special Projects is coordinating the volunteers and would welcome a call or email from you to sign up to volunteer. Some areas where we need volunteers…
Set Up Day (Wednesday July 11) – we will need all hands on deck to help exhibitors unload and set up their spaces, please sign up, even for a short shift!
Tear Down Day (Saturday July 14, Sunday July 15) – same as set up day
Zoning and Show Office – you will be traveling around to exhibitor booths in assigned zones to check on the vendors and see if they are having a good experience or if they need anything.
Parking and Mobility – you will be driving the shuttles between the parking area and the building, as well as around the show perimeter, experience driving a small tractor is a plus. |
