Chamber checks

The Chamber Check program is a valuable component of the Chamber’s Shop Local efforts. The purpose of this program is to stimulate local economy and support Chamber member businesses. Chamber Checks are the perfect gift for employees or friends.

Chamber Checks can only be used at Dodge City Chamber member businesses. They can simply be deposited into your bank account with your daily deposits and the funds come straight through the Dodge City Chamber of Commerce. These checks are not redeemable for cash and expire in 90 days. Train your front line staff on the acceptance of these checks and to check for and expiration date.

Chamber Checks are the perfect gift for employees or friends! purchase them at the Chamber office today by calling (620) 371-3875. Checks will be processed and available to pick up within 72 business hours. There is a 5% processing fee added to the total purchase amount to cover Chamber Check expenses. The Chamber can invoice businesses or accept in-person payments from members/non-members.

All Chamber Members should accept these checks.

1. Accept the Check for $25 ONLY

2. DO NOT GIVE THE CHECK BACK TO THE CUSTOMER if electronically processing. They can only be processed once.

3. If processing normally, just add them to your cash bag that you take to the bank.

4. Do not give cash back. We do this program to keep money local and cash could be spent outside of our community.
